US or EU miscer w/ Japanese roots: how to make SUMO soup ?? Srs

The plan is to bulk up hard boyos. 5k kcals/day

So I want to eat what a sumo wrestler eats (but less)

Sumo wrestlers eat soup with chicken and fish, paired with loads of cups of rice, and beers for empty cals - 2x per day. For a total of 7-10k cals. I'll skip the beers but let's go with rest SRS.

Help me how do I make tasty SUMO soup (chanko nabe) using western ingredients? Appreciated


I have two huge slow cookers I can just throw all the good stuff in for a constant sumo soup production line
