8000km oil changes?

Got a new F150, its saying change oil every 8000km.

Just changed it at 7000km and it looked pretty dirty for a new engine. Going to start changing it at 5000km now.

What you guys doing? Seems like 8000km might be pushing it abit far especially with turbocharged engine.

New engines will need it more often, as the engine wears itself in
Damn

Gotta change the oil more often if you drive it hard/heat cycle it

Oil degrades faster at high temp/rpm
