Challenge yourself. Try to do at least 100 body weight squats tomorrow. I'm drinking and I know I won't want to. Let's do it anyway.

Its to the non lifters (so I guess only excludes about 2-3%).

We need to keep the foot to the non lifters neck. Why not improve yourself right now? You don't need a gym. Just give effort.
