Anyone who works for a big company or any kind of corp knows what this is. We live in an era of feelings over facts because facts are racist. Anyways, sometimes I'm glad there have been changes because I've worked in some toxic work places where crap was going on that shouldn't have. The problem with a lot of this new crap is that it's taken too far and it has left the paramerters of reason. Now, anyone who is a member of the victim club can use it to get at people they don't like and protect them from having to be responsible.
