Recently lost everything after a bad investment, gf leaving me

I made a bad invest in gamestop last week. Went all in on margin and options that expired worthless last week. Told my girlfriend on Friday and she has gone nc on me.

I've took this opportunity to get back into lifting and just finished a work out and feel much better.
