i bought one to help treat an injury and it only made the injury worse.

it does feel good tho.

Like a lot of stuff, people misuse it. Can be good for recovery, but then something like foam rolling can accomplish almost the same thing and is way cheaper.

Saw one in Walmart a couple days ago for like 70 bucks. Pointed it out to my gf and she was immediately like “no, we don’t need that”.

That was the first time she ever behaved like that. It is unfortunate because I have feelings her.
