Anyone remember Roy D. Mercer?

He was the alter ego of a radio DJ in Tulsa Oklahoma. Had a big southern drawl. His standard skit was to call some sort of business and speak with the manager. He would have some sort of weird complaint about the business and would try to extort money from them. When the manager refuses to pay the money, he threatens to come to the business and "Whoop your ass".
