25% BF - Would it be better to diet hard in keto for a couple months ?

I feel like it will be better to just cut the weight quick and deal with the muscle loss afterwards (not a lot on muscle on me anyway tbh)
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

do Intermittent Fasting and gradually move to OMAD if possible. do not starve yourself. it's not sustainable.

If you’re eating correctly and lifting properly, you will lose the least amount of muscle possible. Carbs have a protein sparing effect. Not a huge fan of low carb diets.

Ketos retarded unless you're morbidly obese and need to drop weight for a medical event.

Fats have next to no impact on good hormones outside of the ones that affect hunger. Humans can live on substandard levels of fat for ridiculously long times. There's a reason low fat has been prescribed by 99% of bodybuilders.

Work out your calorie needs, subtract 500. Get your 50 odd grams of fat at 9kcal per g. Meet your protein needs 0.8 per bw or whatever at 4g per kcal and full the rest with carbs.

Check back in 3 months to decide if you change your diet or add cardio or whatever.

clean up your diet and stop binding and eatting high fat dense foods or overly sugary foods, because at 25% bf thats what youre doing

Keto is not a good option unless you hate eating and only like eating very small portion sizes and limiting protein and only enjoying eating for 2 minutes and dont care about snacking at all. It is one of the MOST unsustainable diets for most people because of that reason, It almost eliminated the ability to graze, snack, or sit and enjoy a decently sized meal.

Why not eat decent and lift heavy? Keto would make your workouts suck, so you would lose fat but then start at the bottom with building muscle. You should be taking care of both issues(high bf% and low muscle mass) at the same time.
