I can actually get pretty jacked but I’m too much of a boozer and junk food addict

I’ve never worked out for longer than 6 months at a time in my life

I’ll workout for 6 months, get decently in shape than take a year off lose it all and rinse and my repeat

My latest fitness endeavour was after a 5 year break of lifting and all I did was weighted push ups and pull ups

I’m just not a fitness guy, not in my nature
