How long does it take to upgrade a network to 5G?

My town of 9500 is upgrading their network to 5G. About how long will it take and how many people would be involved? I have a financial interest in renting houses to traveling workers. If it's just 2 guys and 1 week, I'm not going to put any marketing effort into this. If it's 6+ guys here for a month or longer, I'll go gung ho in my marketing campaign to the company doing the network upgrade.

Rollout could be done overnight, i think ATT,VZW and Tmobile has already done nationwide rollout but useless if your phone isnt compatible

its going to be maybe two years before it becomes really popular

they need 5g phones and the network as to be there


i mean realistically 4g is already fast enough to stream movies and chit in full resolution
