Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.

I took a temp job in October 2020 while looking for better positions, found a good permanent role and quit my temp job a week ago

They didn’t even reply to email

I woke up checked my phone and my work email was gone

Tried to log onto work lap top but my account was removed

Got a message from HR confirming the resignation and giving me the details for a courier that was to arrive and grab all my home office equipment

I removed the company from my LinkedIn and I plan on forgetting the entire 4 months I worked there

Haven’t heard from anyone there besides HR

Lol I don’t think I can really describe how much I despised that place

Everyday I’d wake up absolutely miserable - the job legit negatively impacted my mental health

It was the worst place I’ve ever worked and I’m trying to forget the entire experience

lmao this is hilarious.

people always say "never burn bridges" etc...always leave a job gracefully etc.

but then companies do stuff like this and no one bats an eye.

honestly, if you dont plan on crossing that bridge again, go ahead and burn it (will feel better).

Fuark, I was aware from your threads you disliked it, but not that much. Glad you got out of that hole.

Wish you the best with your new path.

I’ve already burned it

Some dude from the role reached out to me and said he’s sorry to see me go as if I got fired from the job

So I just emailed him back and said I quit and got something better

I’ve literally removed this company from LinkedIn and my resume

For 2/4 months working there I spent my days interviewing and applying to jobs lmao
