If the ATF comes knocking at your door, you're going to have a bad time with that vertical foregrip on. It's classified as an AOW, not a pistol. You'll need to put an actual hand-stop on

The number of people arrested for illegal SBR etc is single digits every year. It's usually topped on other charges. As long as OP doesn't break the law and have that on his gun im sure he's going to be fine. Fuk unconstitutional gun laws and money grabbing tactics that the ATF pulls.

Of course I'm not suggesting OP to break the law, i'm sure he doesn't know hes even breaking one. Is it smart to pay for a $200 tax stamp to SBR your gun? Yeah. The main law you absolute do NOT want to break is unlawful possession of a MG or suppressor.

It’s an angled grip not vertical , plus it’s 26.7 OAL


An OAL greater than 26 inches [has the potential to change] the classification of pistol to firearm. Firearms in excess of 26 inches OAL may have vertical grips installed and remain non-NFA. Pistols with vertical grips installed sub-26 inches OAL [can be] considered AOW and are subject to the NFA,”
