Sloot:
Anueta Madison-Vanderbuilt uploaded footage of the moment to TikTok on Sunday aboard the Melbourne to Gold Coast flight.
“This creep on a flight was secretly recording me for 10 min and I caught him!” she captioned her post.
As seen in the video above, she confronts the man who appears to be older than her.
“Excuse me, I’m going to give you one chance to delete it or I’m going to call the police when I get off the plane,” she can be heard telling him. “Delete it.”
he accuses him of covertly filming her for as long as 10 minutes.
Anueta proceeds to instruct him through the process of deleting the video from another folder.
She tells him he’s “a f****** piece of s***”.
He can be heard quietly saying: “It was for 10 seconds, it wasn’t for the whole time.”
According to the TikTok video, she was escorted off the plane by officers from Queensland Police who were “kind” to her.
She also said that police thanked her for standing up for herself.
Recounting the ordeal later on Instagram, a tearful Anueta said she wanted the incident to be an example for other women.
“I just hope this makes more people aware,” she said.
“If you see something, say something.”

A majority laud her for standing up for herself, while some argue it’s hypocritical for her to be filming him in retaliation.
The main difference, however, is that she isn’t doing it covertly, as she claimed he was.
The Australian Federal Police confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au that officers were called to an incident on a Jetstar flight from Melbourne to the Gold Coast on February 6.
“When the flight landed at Gold Coast airport, AFP officers spoke to airline staff and passengers on board,” a spokesman said.
“AFP officers also spoke to a male person and cautioned him regarding the behaviour alleged.
“No criminal offences were identified and no charges have been laid. The AFP assisted the female complainant to continue her journey.”
