Anyone get really bad anxiety sometimes?
I worry about stuff I shouldnt and it sometimes causes me extreme grief. Today was pretty bad. It can be pretty debilitating sometimes.
I think it might be caused from drinking. If it happens it seems to happen a day or 2 after going hard, or if I drank many days in a row.
Dear dairy...

Sometimes I get bad anxiety palpitations over some slight them I'm actively not even concerned about, but it just happens. Not too often.
Mostly I just suffer from depressive bouts rather than anxiety though.

I don't mind drugs as long as they actually fulfill some purpose like using ***** on a situational basis could've changed my life for the better years ago

I don’t think psychopaths have anxiety.
Also normal people who are extremely emotionally stable don’t have anxiety. My best friend is like that. Her life is very stressful but she doesn’t experience anxiety.

Yes. And drinking will make it worse. It’s hard to deal with sometimes because there’s only so much you can do about it and a lot of the routes are medication that cause more problems than they’re worth.
In my case I never had any real anxiety until my son passed away. It didn’t happen the day he died but about 2 days after I was driving with my wife to go get his funeral flowers and out of nowhere I had a massive panic attack. Had to pull over and let her drive. Ever since that day I get them at times, usually just generally mild anxiety though.
Idk if it’s true but one dr told me that once you have a large panic attack it creates a pathway in your brain that makes it easier to reoccur in the future. I have no idea if that’s true though. Also some men look at anxiety as being weak but it’s really something they just don’t understand and are lucky it hasn’t happened to them.

This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
