Would I be a bad Italian if I said eclair?

There’s just something so delicious about them. They’re also more enjoyable to eat. Cannolis tend to crack and crumble all over when I bite into them.

I mean it’s close, but I’d have to pick eclairs. The bakery near me makes theirs extra thick, topped with a creamy chocolate buttercream and with lemon flavored filling. So hnnnnnnng.

Cannoli are so much lighter and the cream is so much fluffier and the crunchy shell adds another dimension of flavor.

Eclairs are flat.
