Yup. I know I'm investing in a high risk and volatile asset that has historically have gotten me huge gains. I cash out every now and then during a bull market and I buy more again during a bear market. I've cashed out way more than my original investment and I'm aware I could literally lose everything I still have invested in crypto right now.

i only have a few coins and didnt invest too much...although i invested in LTC more than i did ETH a few years ago...which was a big mistake.

Im just going to hold on to them and hope ETH reaches 5k and then i may cash out.

No I buy and sell 10 different coins a day

Usually sell if I loose 1$ And buy another one I’m up 12$ all time

I actually bought doge coin at .006 cents and made a lot sold it and bought BB stock

What's the point if you're only playing with a few dollars? Might as well play on pokerstars with play money chips lmao.

Maybe it's different now but I had a lot of daytrader friends between 2013 - 2017 and the majority of them lost on daytrading due to 1. scams 2. shady exchanges 3. not being in the right coin when the boom took off. Then I knew some who were also phucked when they had to submit every transaction history to some tax office.

1. Only if you're getting into chitty ICOs and new coins. If you stick to the main coins there's <1% of getting scammed
2. Same thing. There's plenty of well established exchanges around from that time that are still around.
3. Technically, yes. Technically.

crypto is like a pendulum. you need to sell when everyone is euphoric, talking about lambos, retiring etc, then when it swings back the other way to despair and the huge crash you need to buy.

big players accumulate when its priced low, then slowly sell off when the hype builds and normal miscers start buying in.

its easy to make money when you understand these basic principles. now is not the time to be buying, only selling.
