Can anyone else only get girls they don't like?

I would describe myself as a 7 out of 10

I am 6 foot, in above average shape, my face is OK without being exceptional, my dress sense is good and I have a good hair style.

When it comes to women, I don't want 9s or 10s, but I just want to bat in my range, 6s 7s maybe a 7.5, you know, nice homely girls who aren't stunners but are sort of a bit pretty.

But all I can get is like 4/10 land whales who I don't want.

One time this nice 7/10 girl I liked tried to set me up with her friend, who ended up being like 5 foot 2, 200lbs and had warts on her face with hair coming out of them. Like wtf how dare she.

Nah I'm pretty objective, I've been told that I am being harsh on myself with a 7.

I'm decent height, decent build, decent face, I don't have any defects that would drop me by a considerable margin

Luckily I pull the girls that I’m also attracted to, I was just thinking today how ****ty it would be to be attracted to a whole group of women you couldn’t get. Would suck.

Post a pic. “Decent” everything doesn’t mean 7, decent is very average (aka 5)

Be honest, you don’t really rate yourself a 7. You even say yourself that you may be higher. If you perceive you’re higher, someone who is a 5 seems too distant from you. Taking a cue from Kevin Samuels, if there’s no 7, what would you rate yourself? 7 is too comfortable of a number for everyone.
