Blue light glasses?

Anyone use/ rate these?

Can imagine a fair percentage of the misc stay up late working (on their five knuckle shuffles/ misc).

I use them before bed and it’s been a game changer. Improved my sleep quality significantly and I fall asleep much quicker.

Blue light is a potent blocker of melatonin, it’s worth it if you use screens before bed

I got some off amazon and have been wearing them while working and haven't noticed a difference.

But I don't use them when watching tv before bed, maybe I should.

I have my phone in night light permanently, so used to it that if I turn it off my eyes get weirded out by the blue hue that the screen gives.

Those amazon ones don't really work. I went to my optometrist and inquired about them. He had a blue light pointer (like a laser pointer) that he used against a cheapo blue light lens and it went right through. He used it on a legit one ($100/pair for lenses alone) and it was completely blocked.

lol apparently it's a scam. The glasses don't actually do anything.

This investigation was refuting the claims that they protect from cancer and blindness. I didn’t see anything regarding eye strain and sleep patterns.
