Why are old people so foggy minded and fat?

Why is nearly every single old man I've met so out of it and confused.

I had like an 80 year old professor in finance, and he was legit not retarded like most old people. He also wasn't fat.

So what gives????

Do all old people just sit back and watch tv? And the rare few who are healthy just die young?

had a professor like that in cost. always called herself stupid if she made a mistake

I knew she didn’t grade anything so I called her out and she gave me an A

Our generation has 2 extremes. Morbidly obese and sickly thin rare anyone exercises.

They'll all end up like the boomers they hate.
