Aliens and interstellar travelers
Do you believe there are other intelligent life forms out there?
Also if you do, then do you believe them capable of interstellar travel or is it more likely that civilizations are destroyed before they get that far?
Comparing something alien to how we are on earth my be oranges to apples, but I can’t see humans colonizing the universe before destroying ourselves.
Being the ultimate master species would be within reach if not for petty differences would it not? Instead we seem to all be focused on muh skin, muh politics or muh religion. Is it all over the fringe outsiders who can’t be respectable human beings? Like violence and mental illnesses that cause all of us to stay guarded and separated or is it other reasons, like greed?
Why can’t we all get along and be space bros?

i like aliens
i admit bias though, i want it to be true so actively looking for it to be true
i think the ufos are aliens. or atleast if they are man operated they are using tech given by aliens
my stance is the secret gov programs are only going to be so many years ahead of commercial tech and the UFOs are shown to be hundreds or thousands of years beyond, in multiple fields. So to me the ozcham razor is actually much simpler if you say aliens made it, because they would have up to millions of years to do so, vs the gov doing it in secret with a small segregated talent pool.

for the question of civilizations being able to get along - i think that just comes down to species temperament.
humans are made for small tribes and they break out into wars with each other.
its entirely possible for aliens to just be more suited to larger societies than humans.

I think earth humans are so far behind (1m+ yrs) the possible alien races out there, its hard to fathom just how further advanced they are from us. I really just don't think they care much about us because we are like worthless ants to them with nothing to offer. Compared to certain planets we have discovered, our resources arent even worth coming for. Interstellar travel is certainly something they are capable of, given how vast the universe is, it would be the only way to make sensible travel.

I think our technological advancements have grown exponentially in the last 100 yrs only because of alien tech. Our ability to reason and rationalize as well as other human traits on the other hand have not seemed to improve much.
We've estimated and mapped the known universe in such a way that we know there are billions of galaxies, have developed quantum computers, took a computer from the size of a room to the size of a back pocket, and yet we still have to tell adults all over the world to wash their hands and to cover their mouths when they sneeze and cough.

Personally think they are out there right now but we're too far away to ever find eachother. I like the theories that they may have existed say 1 million years ago but they became extinct. The same could end up happening to us. Say 200 years from now we end up becoming extinct as a species and then 1 thousand years later a new species will have started in a galaxy far away and then they too will be wondering if there are other life forms out there.
With how big the universe is it'd be very hard for us all to exist on the same time scale and then even harder for us to reach each other. I will say it'd be best for us to be the dominant species because if we're not then we're ****ED.

Both of these issues can/will be solved by merging with technology and in the process gaining both immortality and the ability to turn off your consciousness for millions of years.
Inhabited planets are too far apart for organic life to ever visit other inhabited planets but technological life could easily do it.
Other galaxies on the other hand, we are talking many billions of years and this seems a bit far fetched.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
