I don't see how they will charge him with anything. It's not like he caused all of this to happen. The guy didn't even sell at the top. He didn't even buy to squeeze out the shorts. He originally bought GME because he legitimately thought they could turn things around.

proof wallstreet and the SEC are corrupt as hell. He legit did not do anything other than post his gains every month and made a due diligence video in the summer of 2020. This is ridiculous.

So reading through this, a professional investor bought call options that didn't pay off.

He is now claiming that Gill was a professional investor as well and manipulated the market via reddit.

First off, fuk reddit. Secondly, I think he can easily convince a jury that he didn't manipulate the market as an individual, especially since he can point to archived posts showing his intentions weren't manipulative but speculative because he thought it would pay off. He was even told he was an idiot and would lose everything.

Good. Reddits campaign wasn't based on market fundamentals. Hedge funds shorting stocks are based on market fundamentals. Hedge funds are responsible for many people's hard earned pensions. Teach these incels a lesson that sabotage isn't ok.

the hedge funds also manipulated the market by ordering robinhood to block buying of GME shares but allows selling of GME shares, this caused the price to plummet. Obvious market manipulation.

I have been following DFV's interest in GME since last year. He would consistently post his positions and the reasons he chose GME, and pretty much everyone on there called him a retard who was throwing his money away. He wasn't persuading anyone to jump onboard... Everyone simply chose to once they realised he was right.

Hopefully the case gets thrown out.
