Back injury doc recommendation... poverty reps if someone remembers (srs)(pls)

There was a poster a few months (~6 months) ago who posted a review of a world record power lifter who injured his back and received amazing treatment from a doctor in Illinois I want to say somewhere Midwest. This was like a 30min long YouTube review of the doc and his treatment process, everyone in that thread was talking about their injuries.

The forum search function is beyond repair and I can’t find it on Google. Poverty reps if someone can recall.. reinjured myself today first time I did it I thought I was paralyzed so I’m desperate here... any help greatly appreciated.
