The original was awful which made it an instant classic like sharknado. This just like every movie the last 10 years is just regurgitated trash.

Why can't they find someone to write a good script? Stop making the tournament take place on earth. It should be a "PLANET HULK" type of scenario, a world in which fighting tournament is the main thing, and there's aliens and mutants and **** on this foreign planet. And have it be fantasy and the fighters fight there.

Judging by the trailer it seems like there are more characters in it than announced, I saw Goro, Reptile, I think I saw Smoke so it's possible Cage is in it and if he's not then I'll agree with this.

I have been excited about a new mortal kombat for so long.. The trailer was not exceptional. Will still watch.

Hopefully Matrix 4 is the real deal.
