Thinkin Of Going Down To 170-180 (Srs)

Feel Like Ive been 200+ or high 190s most of my life but thinkin of a change.

After some health problems recently, I was thinkin about long term health.
Maybe its better on the heart and body to be lighter. Better blood flow, cardio etc.
Even though my lean body mass or w.e is likely high.. maybe its STILL better to be lighter.
The only thing is , I will look smaller, maybe not look like I lift with clothes on. Unless I wear really well fitting stuff..

possible pros:
Leaner
faster
more endurance
better for heart/blood flow
less food. Most days I hate eating just to eat, not when im exactly hungry. I just do it so I wont lose my gains.

cons:
Smaller
less respect from MEN
less strength

dont have any pics of myself currently.
at least not that I want to show. havent worked out for like 2 years but currently high 190s.

some old pics when I was in best shape

random olld pic , before I had gym membership and still had hair. thats how old it is

wat you guys think of this idea?

At what height?

I don't agree with you losing strength. Maybe initially, but once your body goes in homeostasis it'll pick up again. I cut down to 180 and the scale never moves much in either direction yet I'm consistently doing PR's.

I think you need to stay thin and have as much muscle as possible. what health problems have you had? I recently started doing bigger by the day. instead of lifting weights though I'm stretching the remnants of my foreskin in an attempt to have a pnus that mimics a natural one. I hate my parents for being cucks and circumcising me as an infant.
