Name Alcoholic Beverages that Won't DRAIN you (30+ y/o)

Young brahs, GTFO... I remember being able to down 10 jack and cokes when I was 19 and not getting phased one bit.

Nowadays I feel like absolute dog chit after one drink... No longer do I get that blissful buzz. It's either I feel like chit or I get sleepy.. No hype (sad!)... Beer? Forget about it. One beer=Bloatmaxx.

I started doing Vodka + Water at the bar/club back in the day... Felt like it worked out okay but it just tastes like ass.

What's your secret?

You’re an absolute retard if you think alcohol in one drink is different than in another. The only difference is what it’s carried in and water is your best bet if you want to avoid negative effects

They are indeed different.

A glass of wine is completely different than an OMFG "AMF".

Something without sugar, citrus to cancel out bad effects, and hydrate while your drinking.

Distilled spirits are my favorite

For me it's red wine boyo. I can drink that or beer. I don't do hard alcohol anymore, it's just not worth it. I don't want to get fukked up, I just like the relaxing feeling and with shots you go from nothing to drunk.

All my drinks are made from my fresh home made raw ginger ale. So rye and gimner, moscow mule, etc etc. Also most my drinks have a twist of fresh lemon or lime in them for flavor and kindaa to have it the least bit healthy.

On a hot summer day, a cold beer wins lol.
Habit is powerfull and custom can Kill.

Flavored vodka plus sparkling water. I also go with the old cran and vodka. I don't have any problems. Stay hydrated son.

Once you hit the “it makes me sleepy” phase of alcohol life, that’s really it for the ability of alcohol to be fun for you. At least for me, it was. Transitioned over to legal recreational stuff instead. If I’m out at a bar, a drink or two are cool, cause the energy of the surroundings can keep you awake, but at home, I’m just too comfortable.

Last time I had a couple of mimosas with brunch, I needed a nap. That’s not it.

Just sip some decent bourbon or scotch, don't be in a hurry.
Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way but, in 20 years if you're still here postin' in hhhnnnggg threads, beggin' for mod reps, and braggin' about whales you harpooned from POF, I'll f'in kill ya. That's not a threat, that's a fact, I'll f'in kill ya. You got somethin' none of us have, and you don't owe it to yourself man, you owe it to me. Cuz tomorrow I'm gonna wake up and I'll be red, and I'll still be a socially awkward/FA. And that's all right.

3 ideas to try!

*Whiskey. You will sip it. With club soda if you're worried about a hangover or want a longer drink.

*Silver rum with seltzer and lime is also great on a hot day.

*Stop being a bitch

This is just flatly wrong. Congeners etc are going to be much worse in cheap alcohol vs better ones.
