I can’t remember the name of the organization but you get a legitimate certificate and go on a list for your particular industry. So if a company needs diverse spend, you’ll be on a contact list

You know, this reminds me of a court case that happened way back in the 1910s I think. It had to do with interracial marriage. There was a white man who wanted to marry a Japanese American woman but the Supreme court said that he couldn't because Asian Americans were not of "Aryan descent" despite having fair skin.

There was another court case where an Indian man wanted to marry an American woman and he said that being from India and a Hindu, he was of Aryan descent but the US courts said that he was not visually/phenotypically white, so their marriage was not allowed.
