Felt like my head was gonna explode on the last rep. Surprised I didn’t get an aneurysm.

Week 1 of 5/3/1. This was my top set. Using 240 as my 1RM for calculations.

Tip: work on your upper back strength. It's gonna be more limiting than your shoulder strength, based on what I experienced.
