I really like touching one of my coworkers

Long story short, this guy has been working with us for a year now and I'm his supervisor, one day (6 months ago) he bent over in front of me and I couldn't handle it anymore, since that day I started touching him, working my way down slowly but surely, he really doesn't seem to hate it since he did not say a word, I notice his cheeks becoming red sometimes, I will keep this routine on and see where it leads, hopefully some day we can enjoy a good time.

Do you think I should invite him to some dinner sometimes ?
