Thought I saved it, but can't find it... so figured I'd make a new list.... any good entries i'll add to this first post.

Lets avoid cheesy BS answers, real chit only:

1. Lift weights and do cardio (but not too much)
2. get into adventures (travelling, go on a safari, or travel to the amazon, rock climbing, hiking etc.)
3. Try new stuff, especially if you always wanted to do it
4. Only stay in one weekend out of four (in normal times)
5. Make sure you save 6 months of expenses
6. Get a job that pays well that is low stress and not too many hours
7. Smash hot chicks (pull them or buy them, either way)
8. Be optimistic about the future and forget about the past
9. Eat good, drink good... and dont do too many drugs or drink
10. Take ZMA
