Given that the Misc., is in fact the arbiter of truth, what does the misc think? Is this snow real or is it China, Bill Gates or the illuminati's attempt to show climate change is in fact, real?

It is true that weather manipulation has been taking place in texas for a number of years now. It's nothing all that crazy, it's just a small effort to increase the rain (when it comes). I can only imagine what kind of low IQcel tries to ignite snow tho.
