I'm beginning another cut cycle next week. Will most likely post photos after. It's looking like this will eventually become my most successful cut cycle considering the weight I'm actually beginning at - an easy 10 pounds less than I usually start cutting at.

Things during covid have been excellent training wise. I found a nice, toned down but extremely intense balance that has resulted in my now possessing the best physique in my life in my 30s. Muscle maturity is a hell of a thing. Fuller and thicker than ever. Looking forward to seeing the physique in my 40s and beyond.

I was mid cut when COVID hit and the gyms closed. Then when that happened I went into maintenance. Gyms opened back up again and I spent 3 months bulking to get size and strength back, and now am in full cut mode, gunna suck but whatevs.

Looks pretty good. Cardio has helped me stay lean during all this.

From this weekend. As the snapchat says, I used to weight 240 at 5’9. Then I ran without lifting and got skinny fat very little muscle. Didn’t have good nutrition at all. But over the last few years I’ve gotten back on the right track

Honestly the best I’ve looked. Just LOL at covid
