JFL if you don't grate cheese

it's a known fact that the properties of different foods can change when they are manipulated in some way e.g. broccoli releases more sulforaphane when chopped, tomatoes release more lycopene when heated

and let me fukin tell you that cheese tastes 100x better when you grate that chit

brb melts easier
brb flavour boosted
brb easier to spread
brb grab a delicious pinch and eat it

JFL @ nogratecels

enjoy your block cut garbage

cheers

yep, it's worse because they add potato starch so the grated pieces don't stick together, the only side effect is that it makes it taste much worse lol, plus it melts worse too, freshly grated is where its at, just treat the grating like a mini forearm workout brahs, gains all round

Nothing like some fresh-grated parmesan slowly melting as it covers a hot, steamy sauced-up Italian dish.

Interesting idea.

I imagine I could pay a coincel less than minimum wage to grate my cheese for me. Just give them 0.01 cents in bitcoin and I can have my cheese greater for a year.

Turn your sink on until the water is scolding hot. It will melt the cheese right off the grater.
