Why does pooping make me cry?

Every afternoon at work I have to poop but I have to find a secret place to do it because I can't help but gasp and haw. I normally end up with my face all puffy and red with tears. I think people think I'm yanking my minuteman and geting high but pooping just makes me cry. I'm running out of afternoon options and dont know what to do. I've been "randomly" piss tested monthly and I'm afraid the next step will be HR if they think I'm jerking it. Do I just man up and get a note from the doctor?

Is the crying an emotional response or is it from pain?
