Lunges. Feel too much like cardio and way harder to control form than other things I find. Just a really awkward exercise.

Overheard press. But that’s cause I have very tight traps/upper back that I’m to stupid to stretch so I know I’m risking pulling something basically every time I do ohp

Squats.. my hips always hurt so ive resorted to isolation exercises for legs, or goblet squats. I don't think I'll ever go back to barbell squats

You would have to pay me to do pullups, I can get about 8-10 at 240 but I hate them compared to rows and machines pulls.

Strict overhead press

Mostly useless movement that is practically replaced by about a dozen others

Also where are your traps? I saw you posting about using OJ in another thread.
I don’t have pain during, I just know I’m one forward or backward movement away from pulling something at any given time. Also my upper back is pretty average, just very tight

came in here to say this but it's such a great exercise. Just doesn't feel as gratifying as moving weight on the bench or deadlift.

Honestly squats/lunges. My issue is that I still deal with a glute med tear that probably wont ever heal unless I stop lifting so its constant pain for the first 20 minutes until I warm up.

Dips. Too much stress on shoulders and triceps and there are a ton of other movements that can be done in their place.

Yeah those too. Used to be my strongest lift because leverage, but fuk them tbh. I like one arm dip machine dips with your torso at an angle to offset shoulder stress

This.

I stopped training arms for about 6 months but they did slowly atrophy. Had to start training them again, for about 8 minutes total once a week and that does the job. DB Reverse curls->supinated curls->hammer curls superset into a superset with band tricep extensions. 3 sets. Quick painful pump. Done for the week.

Bulgarian split squats. Hate them and have to do it pretty much twice each time (a set for each leg)
