What is your least favorite common lift?
For example, common lifts include things like squats, deadlifts, curls, etc.

Overheard press. But that’s cause I have very tight traps/upper back that I’m to stupid to stretch so I know I’m risking pulling something basically every time I do ohp

The pain was caused by flat bench. Once I stopped flat benching, it went away.
Also where are your traps? I saw you posting about using OJ in another thread.

Honestly squats/lunges. My issue is that I still deal with a glute med tear that probably wont ever heal unless I stop lifting so its constant pain for the first 20 minutes until I warm up.

Dips. Too much stress on shoulders and triceps and there are a ton of other movements that can be done in their place.

I stopped training arms for about 6 months but they did slowly atrophy. Had to start training them again, for about 8 minutes total once a week and that does the job. DB Reverse curls->supinated curls->hammer curls superset into a superset with band tricep extensions. 3 sets. Quick painful pump. Done for the week.

Bulgarian split squats. Hate them and have to do it pretty much twice each time (a set for each leg)
