Sore as hell from first few gym sessions

It feels good and bad ad the same time haha. Muscles all burning. Funnily enough my hamstrings are the most sore from ham curls, rather than quads or back from squats/dead. Biceps are pretty sore from a couple sets of poverty curls too. It's great foam rollers and tiger tails exist.

the doms that takes place after an extended period of time away from the gym is some of the most debilitating pain that exists lol

hitting quads after you havent hit them in a while is brutal

I remember the first time I ever did biceps. I couldn't fully extend my arms the next few days. I was literally walking around like C-3PO
