None of those. Alden's brand or Ruby Jewel are good if u live in Oregon. Snoqualmie is good if Seattle/Oregon. Jeni's is decent. Mcconnell's is decent as well. Tillamook is ok. Not great, but not terrible. Haagen Dazs is mediocre. Pretty much everything else is dogshyt.
I guess if u must, trader joes and whole foods have decent ice creams as well. Costco is also ok.
If u are looking for best quality, buy ur local organic fresh ice cream. If ur looking for best value and still optimizing for quality as well, I'd say Costco Kirkland ice cream is fine.
Brands I recommend:
Alden's
Ruby Jewel
McConnell's
Jeni's
Those are the ones I usually get if I crave ice cream.

My kids crush Tillamook Mudslide & the cookie one.
I like B&J and Talenti has some great flavors.
Never analysed the quality of the sugar and milk they use.

I really like Costco-branded Vanilla ice cream tubs because they are cheap and actually use cream as main ingredient(unlike e.g. Breyers)
Out of those, probably Haagen Daaz.
