Is this any surprise? It's already impressive that Misc still has a lot of posts. Most internet forums are already dead. I think it's because FB now has groups with different niches, so you can just post there like how you do in internet forums. I used to visit 2-3 internet forums before FB became popular but nowadays the only internet forum I know is the misc lol

All forums are dying. Well, 99%.

Forums are a part of the desktop PC era. Some made the jump to the mobile phone era, but DEFINITELY not the Misc. The Misc's last heyday year was 2014 and that was the last year desktop internet usage was higher than smartphone internet usage.

It's only a matter of time. Bodybuilding.com can't sustain on banner ads for an ever shrinking forum. No one else visits any other sections of the forum and misc has become so toxic it's driven thousands of people away.

Sad. I'm younger than most here but can't stand chit like tiktok or twitter that's the zoomer craze. Feelsbadmane

Reddit is good for some subreddits and not the main page chit but there there's no individual personality or community like here.
