Can we all agree that Wine is the GOAT alcoholic beverage for a first date?

I mean I had the best sexual experiences when I had wine. Im talking about 2 or 3 wine glasses, of course if you drink two bottles, it could be a shoot in the foot. The aphrodisiac effect of wine is commonly known but damn! it really works like a charm. Once I actually smashed a disgusting sloot just with the help of wine, I was horny af and after the deed I felt like crap but nevertheless, wine got it done.

Beer also let me down more than once. Sometimes a first date + beer = diarrhea for me. Once I ended up like that scene in Along Came Polly and Im not even exaggerating. So no more beer for me when Im on a first date. Beer is the GOAT drink of choice with your mates, thats true tho. But with a new bish, try wine, it works like a damn viagra srs.

Isn't this common knowledge? I don't drink often, even on dates, but if I do, its a glass or 2 of wine. It'll never get me sloppy drunk, it won't catch up to me like liquor can and women love it. Plus I worked at a wine store my freshman year of undergrad so I have some basic knowledge of what goes with what etc.

I didnt like it at first. Covid lockdown made made me enter the world of wine cause I didnt want to get fat by drinking beer everyday. One glass of wine was enough to cope with all that chit.

sure. wine is tremendous for a date. relaxing, hits you slowly. a cabernet won't kill you calorie-wise or anything if that's what you're worried about.

i never like how i feel drinking a beer unless i'm like, at a baseball game or something. whiskey is my favorite but probably not on a first date. can't go wrong with a dry red.

never developed a taste for it. even the cheapest whiskey straight tastes better to me than high dollar wine.

Any red blend is good for starters.

My wife and I are kinda wife snobs, we usually dont spend over $30 on a bottle.

We still both agree that our absolute favorite is this cheapo one from Krogers called Double Down for around $9.

So much flavor, without all that oaky woody smoke flavor typically associated with reds.

I know 4-6 beers will get me nice and warm
2-3 whiskey cokes will do.

if you're at a restaurant just get the baseline cabernet and baby it. it's not something to rush through.

and what's wine, about 10 abv% maybe? if you're familiar with whiskey that's nothing. it's about as strong as a heavier IPA beer i guess. but doesn't have the bloat that comes with a beer of that nature.

All wine tastes the same to me honestly. I know it doesn't, but like once you're buzzed it all tastes the same. You could give me Kirkland Sangria and I'd think it was Screaming Eagle.

Wine also gets me super sleepy/loopy, but the sex is incredible. Wine sex is like you're a greek god slamming Aphrodite. Liquor Sex is super aggressive with your half chub. Then Beer sex is very rough.
