You can't be healthy at any size. But it also isn't something to berate people over. Just like you don't need to follow someone around and give them chit about their drinking. They know it's bad.

Dudes, word of warning: try not to make fun of fatties out loud or in public or at all. They appear to have bugs everywhere. A while ago, I made the mistake of making fun of fatties and suddenly my metabolism began to slow and a layer of fat began to cover my muscles and my face began to puff up regularly. Medieval folk would say I had been cursed (p.s. luckily, I'm reversing that and my metabolism is speeding back up again and the layer of fat is being burned away with Odin's Fire! Fire of Odin, come down! Fire of Odin, come down!)

The fatties appear to have bugs everywhere and are trying to make you fat too!

It'd the equivalent of a really intelligent "genius" making fun of "dumb people", not knowing that the dumb people have bugged everywhere and suddenly the dumb people start leading the intelligent genius who was making fun of dumb*sses and the intelligent genius starts becoming a dumb*ss as well.
