Pit Bull jumped Grandpa's fence and attacked our lab

Grandpa called me this morning, a pitbull jumped his 3 foot fence and started attacking our Golden Lab Max, he ran outside and grabbed an ammo can, started beating it on the head, fukker wouldn't let go.

Ran back inside, grabbed the .40, shot the pit once, didn't let go, put 3 more hollow points in it, finally let go, they're finishing up some animal control paperwork now.



He is okay, his leg is just very sore.

Great job! Only one less pitbull to deal with. It could have mauled a kid. You could have saved more than your dog's life.

My golden retriever had a run into one last month, luckily it let go because I didn't have a weapon on me. I probably would have ended up breaking my hand beating it if it hadn't let go.

It's a little 3 foot chicken wire fence in front of the porch, it's to keep his wiener dog's in the yard, it's out in the country so there's no need to get a 6 foot fence, nor can you really put it around acreage.
