You realize they don't care about that diversity stuff right? All these private equity firms do it for money. Ask anyone that works for a company that is bought out by private equity firms what happens right away. They start implementing diversity bullchit.
There's this extremely weird round about way where this becomes profitable even if looking from the outside it should ruin a company. Look at Oreo for example. Almost like somehow money is funneled to these companies.....hmmmm.
