It's real life creepy story time, so get in here and tell your story
This story is 100% true. srs
I know of a police diver many years ago who went into a river (along with another diver) to remove two bodies from a car that had lost control and ended up in the river which had been in there for a couple of days.
The story goes like this
He went down and opened the passenger door of the car to remove the passenger and when he was removing the body the passenger looked at him and grabbed hold of him and started to pull him down towards the bottom of the river. He broke free and got to the surface and completely freaked out to the point that he never went diving again and quit his job. srs
The police report came to the conclusion that there were underwater currents that possibly caused the body to move in a way that made him seem alive.
The diver was convinced the dude was alive, which was not possible as the car had been under water for over 24 hours.
This was a veteran police diver who had done this many times before.
Anyway, the story is true and this did happen and I've always wondered about it and have came to the conclusion that maybe the diver was not right in the head and like the report said underwater currents moved the body in a way which made it seem like he was alive.
Do you have any weird stories?
