Very Good Article About Porn: Oppression by Orgasm?
This is a very good article about porn and whom is driving this and why. If this is not a good reason to stop, than I dont know what is.
Be aware its long.
https://www.unz.com/article/oppression-by-orgasm/
Today, roughly 89% of young men and 31% of young women admit to viewing hardcore internet pornography, and the average age of exposure is estimated to be 11 years old. Google Analytics shows that porn traffic increases 4,700% after school hours when kids get home from school. Pornography is so ubiquitous that exposure to hardcore pornography, including the depiction of particularly deviant and extreme fetish activity, has been identified by studies as a “normative” childhood experience. Understanding the full sociological ramifications of pornography is undoubtedly difficult considering the near impossibility of finding a control group that has not been exposed to hardcore pornography. However, it is very reasonable to assume that the porn industry is a profound influence, if not the central influence, on the formation of young people’s sexuality and their attitudes towards members of the opposite sex. And, as discussed above, the industry producing this material deliberately produces increasingly graphic, deviant, and hateful anti-white material designed to push the boundaries of the acceptable and to shock and desensitize viewers.

its unconscionable that they allow non age restricted access to porn sites. they deplatform sites at the ISP level that have "hateful" content, but they are allowed to pedal filth to minors without restriction?

Brain chemistry is a sensitive, vulnerable thing. Porn is as powerful as drugs, if not more powerful, since it's tied to the natural limbic system.
It's no surprise this generation is so fukk'd

It's ridiculous that so many guys in their 20s have ed now. They are so desensitized they can't even perform for attractive and willing women.

How do we defeat the porn joos boys? I want them to suffer for the pain they've caused me. First they took my foreskin and then they warped my reward system.

I skimmed through some of the article. There's a lot of talk of Jews and anti-Semitism? I don't know ..
There is a ton of negative effects of porn -- it normalizes sex with strangers, violence against women, objectification / degradation / humiliation etc etc.
Studies have shown a relationship between porn viewership and domestic violence. The study did not show a cause and effect; no one has proof that porn really pushes a guy to beat up his girl. But the very fact that men who watch porn are more likely to beat up their partners is eye-opening.

Sometimes I get curious or have an itch to scratch, but nothing beats the real thing.
It's a good tool to relieve some tension, but easily to get carried away. I'd rather go without watching. Then again, Instagram is full of softcore porn

I do agree though, pron will fuk you up mentally and has the potential to change the way you view your own relationships with women, sexual and non-sexual...hell it will mess with any social relationship you have.

Here's one study
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6751001/
The reading is intense. But here is the crux:
Violent pornography exposure was associated with all types of TDV [i.e. teen dating violence], though patterns differed by gender. Boys exposed to violent pornography were 2–3 times more likely to report sexual TDV perpetration and victimization and physical TDV victimization, while girls exposed to violent pornography were over 1.5 times more likely to perpetrate threatening TDV compared to their non-exposed counterparts.

Porn is straight up evil. No doubt about it. It warps your mind and fundamentally disrupts your understanding of sex and of women (or guys if you are a chick). I think porn does serious damage to a person's ability to love from which it is probably not possible to ever fully recover. Porn, along with the sexual revolution in general, will be one of the main factors in the impending collapse of Western civilization (if that didn't already happen).
I feel so lucky that I never become a full-blown porn addict. For whatever reason I got off more on erotic literature than videos. Written porn is still plenty bad for, but it isn't nearly as intense and mind-destroying as video. The damage done to my mind and soul is much less than it could have been.

Im glad I grew up without pron. it definitely worries me for younger generations because I can see how it’d screw you up mentally towards sex. I very rarely watch it (like 1x a month) now but the second I’m done watching I wish I hadn’t. Almost every guy I know irl who was pron obsessed hasn’t had a legitimate LTR.
This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
Makes me feel eternal, all this Pain is an Illusion.

Regularly watching porn is one of the most destructive things you can do mentally. I used to watch it and fap to it (never daily but a few times a week) when I was a teenager into my 20's. Never again, it's probably been at least 5-6 years since I've watched any and my mind is 100% clearer, no problems getting it up, much better sex life, etc.
