My credit card stopped working the other week. I called to see the issue and was on the phone for about 35 minutes, then as I was telling the agent my issue, she accidentally, or maybe on purpose, hung up.

I haven't bothered calling back yet and am probably going to do that right now.

I'm with you on the fuk customer service feeling, but thanks for the reminder, OP.
