Would You Approach Women On an Outing With Your Mom?

Let's say you decide to take your mom out to brunch. The weather is decent so people are out including HBBs. You catch one of their eyes and this bitch is checking you out. Would you approach or do you think it's disrespectful to your mom or she somehow makes it awkward or weird to go up to and talk to a girl with the objective of getting laid?
