anything other than not guilty will be a miscarriage of justice, he would of died without a knee holding him down. the only lesson the world learned in this whole thing is that multiculturalism doesn't work. who woulda guessed?

he's guilty of some infraction of police protocol at best. this doesn't belong in a court room. whether it's a disciplinary infraction or grounds for firing, regardless, this should be handled by the police department.

It will depend on how well the defense presents the toxicology report.
Dude was high as a kite and would have died anyways. However, the argument could be made that the police should have seen he was high as fuk and given medical assistance.
