I've always believed cops should get twice the punishment a civilian does if they commit a crime. Aggravated assault on a police officer carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

I believe the dog wasn’t called out and jumped out from excitement.


A k9 is an extremely dangerous weapon, had this been in the streets imagine if a k9 did this at a normal traffic stop and had attacked someone.

I’m not for hitting defenseless animals ever, but when you make one a weapon and it doesn’t obey in term of endangerment and is trained to attack and kill you don’t do a simple “bad boy” to get them to listen or punishment to reconsider to not take direct commands
