Was my pec about to tear or some ****? (srs) (31k reps)
Was doing incline push ups and on the last set my right pec got really tight, like I was stuck flexing it almost. I had to completely stop and just sit before the muscle finally relaxed after like 10-15 minutes. Not sure what i just experienced but taking a few weeks off before exercising again

Absolutely no fuking way you tear a muscle doing a push up
Maybe if you were doing push ups with 400lbs on your back
Maybe if you were doing push ups with 400lbs on your back
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

I do plenty of different variations of pushups and never had any issues. It's likely just a cramp. I'd take it as a good sign that you're stressing the muscle.
A regular pushup is about half your bodyweight. Incline would be less. Decline is around 65 - 70 % of your bodyweight. You'd have to be feeble AF to tear a muscle doing pushups.
Might help to do some sort of warm up exercises first.

Prob weren’t getting proper blood flow. I’ve had that happen to me before. Sometimes the angle of the movement can cause it.
