should we start tipping cops?

so when minimum skill restaurant workers complain that they work their asses off and deserve to get tips then shouldnt the cops get them too since they have to deal with dredges of society and get berated everyday by wokesters?

im thinking of tipping a cop $20 next time i call them about a noise complaint
