The sand people found those things, advanced civilization of humans built it before being wiped out.

There is definitely a TON of lost history and civilizations that we'll never truly understand or even know about, so I think this is a possibility.

Stoned/drunk history theory I read online: It's like the idea that there was an ancient civilization on Mars long before humans (like when the dinosaurs were around) and the huge meteor not only wiped out the dinos, but also wiped out the Mars civilization.

So yeah, perhaps something wiped out the advanced people (or aliens) who made the pyramids and we'll never know about it, and maybe the "egyptians" really did take credit for it LOL.
